Here are examples of how ES-Coach impacted employment programs:

Based on their ES-Coach data, a team decided to invest more in job development to improve the quality of their job matches and get quality jobs.

Teams’ motivation improved when managers asked their team members to focus on best practices rather than on billable services.

A manager saved 4 hours/week by using the ES-Coach data instead of mining their electronic reporting system for performance support.

Managers were able to better advocate for their teams with upper management as well as celebrate successes and build confidence.

The ES-Coach data helped spark new conversations.

Whenever you're ready, ES-Coach can assist your team in three key ways:

- Visualizing your implementation of best practices in employment support.

- Providing coaching support to leverage your data for goal setting.

- Offering actionable daily microlearning tips.

We don't rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems. I think one of the great things about ES-Coach is that it gives us the opportunity to really, in a very practical way, show people that inputs matter, and if they manage the inputs, a lot of times the outputs will take care of themselves.

It encouraged me to think about how I provide services, where my time is spent, and what areas I may need to give more attention to. I feel it was a nice way to check in and meditate a bit on how effective I am at work. Keeping me grounded in the key areas that matter most to job seekers, employers, and to successful support personnel.

It’s hard to quantify in this field what we’re doing, and to have this data to back it up is just fantastic!

It’s very helpful to discuss things and through that process, identifying things that we didn't think we were doing well that we didn't realize we were doing as well.

It helps me be more mindful when setting departmental goals…to see where we started and where we’ve gone.

It can really show the work that goes into helping people to find jobs in the community and supporting moving past barriers that exist with businesses.

[ES-Coach] has kind of helped frame some of the data we've wanted to capture and whereas our previous system was not able to do that…it has helped us kind of frame what we would like to say.

I love how simple it is.
